Paramount Landscape Maintenance, Inc. is a full service landscape maintenance provider for commercial properties and homeowners associations.

Paramount began operations in October 1994 with 2 full time employees, a truck, trailer and 25 landscape maintenance customers. The company’s first full year’s revenues were ONLY $50,000. Since our beginning, we at Paramount have focused on providing industry-leading quality, integrity and service. It is these values that have propelled our primarily referral-based growth to a multi-million dollar company with an extensive resume of landscape projects including designs, construction and maintenance.

For the commercial marketplace, Paramount specializes in providing ongoing landscape maintenance services for a wide range of clientele with a specialty in homeowner associations (HOAs). We also service industrial complexes, hotels, restaurants, churches, etc. Our service capabilities include all aspects of landscape maintenance required to maintain properties to the highest quality standards including, but not limited to, trimming of plants and trees, irrigation repair services, core aeration for lawns, weed control, lawn thatching, etc.

Although not currently providing services for residential customers, much of the experiences gained over the years servicing the residential market have been utilized, evolved and applied in the development of our current landscape maintenance approach for our existing commercial customers. These experiences include having designed and installed new landscapes, having performed landscape conversions, having provided complete irrigation system installations and repairs, and having implemented comprehensive weed control programs.

Paramount also believes strongly in giving back to the community that has supported us over the years. Therefore, we are proud to support many local institutions like little league sports clubs, religious institutions, community groups, etc. We also donate to those charitable organizations that support those in need including the YMCA, Special Olympics, American Diabetes Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Tempe Diablos and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
