Our Team

Brian Golembiewski
Paramount Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. (PLMI) was started by Brian Golembiewski in 1994. Since starting the business, Brian has dedicated himself to learning all facets of the landscape industry including the latest maintenance practices and techniques utilized today. Brian obtained his landscape contractors licenses in 1996 and has held positions in engineering, sales and operations for a large aerospace company prior to starting Paramount Landscape.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology in 1984 and received an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 1991.

Michael Underwood
Michael Underwood joined Paramount Landscape in 2006 as our V.P. of Operations. This follows a 25-year career in landscape maintenance including various management consulting positions for large southwest landscape companies as well as owning/operating a $4 million landscape maintenance company in southern California.

Michael’s landscape maintenance expertise spans all aspects of the industry with a special emphasis on operations, education/training, and agronomic planning as well as horticultural practices.

Tommy Gropp
Tommy Gropp joined Paramount Landscape & Maintenance, Inc. in 2003 as Director of Construction Services. After being involved in many areas of the company, Tommy is now our General Manager with ancillary responsibility for many of our HOA accounts.

Tommy has been in the landscape business for over 15 years including owning/operating his own landscape company and he also has an Associates degree in Business from Mesa Community College.

Maria Lastname
Maria has been with Paramount Landscape since 2002. She oversees Paramount's bookkeeping, human resource and office administrative duties. Prior to joining Paramount Landcape Maria provided various accounting services to several companies in Phoenix, AZ.
